If you managed to enjoy the second year course, this one will be fine too. The course it taught in a very similar way to the second year course with very little organisation and very little continuity between lecturers. The content is very interesting yet complex which may be challening without open book exams.
20% is a 1500 word essay with a vauge topic and no guidance until 5 days before the due date.
The content in interesting enough to warrant the work.
