You have to present a 60/40 minute presentation (depending on if you are in a group of 2 or 3) and then do an hour long discussion session where the rest of the unit ask you questions on the topic. Your ability to answer the questions and handle the discussion is part of your presentation grade (50%) and the questions you ask are assessed and count to 10% of your grade. The essay is then worth 40%. There is a feedforward session before your presentation where you run through your presentation and Jody and David give you notes. The essay was 2000 words due at the end of revision week.

I found this seminar unit more difficult/time consuming than the journal club style units.
