Yeah it's fine

This is a pretty standard module. There is quite a range of lecturers on it, each giving between 1-4 lectures each on a particular enzyme and its evolution and catalytic mechanism. It can be at times very interesting and also very dull, kind of depends on what you like and who's talking at that point in time. Chris Pudney gives a series on molecular dynamics which he always asks a question about and his lectures give a sort of "theme" for which the other lectures give specific examples. It's not structured quite as clearly like that, but that's one way you could interpret the course.
Further reading is critical on this course, at least from the perspective of the exam, but everyone is pretty good at giving you pointers on good things to read and where to look. The content does get pretty in depth, which can be quite difficult at times, but that's fine if you like that kind of thing.
It's not my favourite module, but I'm glad I picked it over the ones I didn't.
