Pathogenesis

Really interesting unit and gives you a lot of scope, for example, I was able to make the unit tie in with my other units by choosing plant pathogens to study as the subject is very broad and flexible. The lecture content doesn't really count towards the exam which can make it difficult to motivate yourself to attend lectures, so I would only recommend taking this unit if you are able to be self disciplined and make yourself do a few hours of focused reading a week on your chosen diseases.
