Although the seminars were fun and interesting, understanding the paper well enough to discuss and critique would take me a whole day which is quite a lot of time out of your week for 0.2% of your final year mark. Similarly, it took me a the best part of a week to prepare for my seminar presentation, which equated to 2% of my final year, equally frustrating. The time/effort input required for what the seminar contributions and presentations were worth just felt completely out of whack to me.
